Nabil Abu Rudaineh, spokesman for the Palestinian Authority announced on Monday that the Palestinian Authority has decided to recognize the rebels in Libya.

Abu Rudaineh said that the Palestinian Authority hopes the Libyan people will be able to return to a regular routine as soon as possible.
