Police in the North arrested four 16-year-old boys this week who are alleged to have sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl. The arrests came after the parents of the girl, a resident of Carmiel, filed a complaint earlier this month with police alleging that a group of boys assaulted their daughter, filmed the act, and distributed it on the Internet. Investigators believe the incident took place in a major shopping center in the North.
