Police arrested two suspicious acting men on Monday who were in possession of an ax and a box-cutter. A police officer noticed two men in the square who seemed nervous to him. He observed the men watching passersby and he thought they were staking out Jewish victims to ambush, the police said. The officer closed in on the suspects and after searching them found the ax and the box-cutter. The suspects, a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old from the Jerusalem neighborhood of A-Tur were arrested.
