The Israel Police arrested a 19-year-old man in connection with an explosive device that was thrown at a kindergarten in the village of Tuba Zangaria in northern Israel on Saturday night.The police said the suspect was acting suspiciously, and tried to flee from officers.Police were investigating his suspected involvement in the incident. No injuries or damages were reported.
