Poll: Yair Lapid would get 9 Knesset seats

If television personality Yair Lapid were to run for the Knesset, his party would get nine seats, according to an Israel Radio poll released on Thursday.
In addition, a new party led by former Shas leader Aryeh Deri would get seven seats, 17 would go to Israel Beiteinu, and only six to Labor. Defense Minister Ehud Barak's new party did not get any seats.
A third of respondents said that MK Sheli Yacimovich is the most appropriate candidate to head the Labor party.
