A protest convoy against rising fuel prices reached the oil refineries on Histadrut Blvd. in Haifa on Sunday.The protesters attempted to block a section of Highway 4 in the area.One protester was arrested for disturbing the peace. Police said that the protest did not receive prior authorization.
