Putin says he will not recognize any Ukrainian election held amid 'terror'

NOVO-OGARYOVO, Russia - Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday Russia would not recognize the results of elections in Ukraine which were held under the current conditions of "terror".

"If they are held under such terror as we see now, then we won't (recognize them)," Putin told a news conference.
