Human rights group B'tselem on Thursday reported that the IDF killed a second Palestinian during the riots near Tulkarm yesterday.

An IDF Spokesperson on Thursday confirmed the death of Palestinian teen Amer Nassar, who was killed in clashes with the IDF near Tulkarm late Wednesday night. Abir Kopty of the Popular Struggle Coordination Committee confirmed that according to the Red Crescent, Nassar, 17, was killed by IDF fire.

Israel media sources also reported the second death on Thursday.
