At least 19 people, including women and children, were killed Wednesday in bombings by the Syrian army, activists in Syria said according to Al Jazeera.

According to the report, 6 people were killed in Hama some 200 kilometers north of Damascus, while the government cut power and communications there.

Opposition groups said that six people died each in the Rif Damascus region and Homs, and that one person was killed in northwestern Idlib, according to the report.
