Report: Lebanon to turn in 3 Syrian soldiers to Assad gov't

The Lebanese military on Tuesday was expected to hand over three Syrian soldiers to their government after fleeing to northern Lebanon from Syrian violence in Tal Kalakh, Naharnet cited An Nahar newspaper as saying.
"One of the enlisted soldiers is being treated for injuries he suffered after being shot at along with the other two soldiers," Naharnet quoted the newspaper as saying.
Human rights groups condemned the the soldiers' return saying it is "in violation of the Geneva Convention and doesn't comply with the security agreement between Lebanon and Syria."
