Arab-language media is reporting before dawn on Wednesday that loud explosions were heard in the Sudanese capital of Khartoum. According to an Al-Araby correspondent on the ground, the explosions heard in Khartoum are raising suspicions that an attack was carried out by a “foreign entity.”
