Report: Netanyahu urged opposition leader to form unity government

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reportedly urged Knesset opposition leader Zionist Union MK Issac Herzog to form a unity government in order to peruse a regional peace initiative, according to Army Radio Sunday.

The report also notes that a possible announcement of a unity government would be made in Egypt.
