ANKARA - Turkey's talks with a visiting US delegation over an on-going visa crisis have been "positive," Turkish foreign ministry sources said, offering some hope that the NATO allies are working toward a solution to the rift.
The two countries suspended most visa services this month, in a widening diplomatic dispute after Turkish authorities arrested US consular staff on alleged links to the Muslim cleric Ankara blames for last year's failed coup.
