President of the United States Barack Obama called the attack on a social services agency party in California in which 14 people were killed an 'act of terror,' remarks he made during his weekly radio and internet address Saturday. A statement from the White House added that there was currently no evidence to suggest the shooters were''part of a broader terrorist cell.'
