President Reuven Rivlin wrote on Saturday evening that Israel's heart and thoughts were with the nation of Nepal after a devastating earthquake hit the country and claimed over one thousand lives. 'The State of Israel will extend its hand to help in the search and rescue of the many casualties,' Rivlin wrote on Facebook.
