MOGADISHU - A car bomb exploded near a former parliament building in Somalia's capital Mogadishu on Saturday, police said, shortly after a suicide car bomb was rammed into a hotel. 'The second car bomb occurred at the ex-parliament house where there were (military) forces,' Nur Mohamed, a police officer, told Reuters.
