Security forces arrest 27 wanted persons in West Bank

The IDF detained 27 individuals suspected of involvement in terrorist activities, public disorder, and violent disturbances against civilians and security forces overnight. The suspects were taken for interrogation.

During the IDF operation to locate weapons in the areas surrounding the villages Bitunya and Harmala, located in the Binyamin and Etzion regional councils in the West Bank, the forces seized a "Carlo" submachine, a pistol, and a cartridge.

In addition, while the IDF soldiers were conducting the searches, a violent riot broke out in the village of Beit Rima, where dozens of Palestinians threw Molotov cocktails and pipe bombs at soldiers, causing no injuries and no damage to the IDF.
