The head of the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) Nadav Argaman warned on Monday morning of attempts by Hamas and other terrorists entities to carry out attacks ahead of the upcoming Passover holiday.

"Our goal is to make the holidays as quite as possible," he said at a meeting of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee.

"We are engaged day and night in thwarting attacks," he said. "We have stopped more than 400 potential hazards before they materialized into terrorist attacks."
