A small Gazan terror organization, likely either the Popular Resistance Committees or Fatah in Gaza, carried out Tuesday's rocket fire on southern Israel, an army source said Wednesday

Immediately after the rocket attack on the Eshkol region, Hamas security forces converged on the area from which the projectile was fired and arrested a number of suspects.
"Hamas is keen on safeguarding the quiet," the source said, citing intelligence assessments.
