OC Northern Command Maj.-Gen. Gadi Eizencott will award a citation on Wednesday to corporal Moshe Plesser, a Golani Brigade soldier who neutralized the terrorist who mowed down and killed three people in his bulldozer in downtown Jerusalem in July 2008, the IDF said Tuesday night. Plesser was off duty and riding his bike when he saw the bulldozer running people over on Yaffo Street. He climbed onto the vehicle, took a gun from a security guard and shot the terrorist dead.
