The Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court on Thursday sentenced Shahar Ariel, the son late Israeli folk singer Meir Ariel, to 20 months in prison. Ariel was convicted of having acted as a middleman between drug dealers and his mother, who wanted to purchase cocaine.
