The Jerusalem District Police foiled a planned stabbing attack against citizens and security officials last week, the police spokesperson released for publication on Wednesday.
According to the police spokesperson, on August 8 police officers in the Old City noticed a suspicious man and detained him. During his questioning, they found that he was a 26-year-old resident of Hebron who was carrying a knife and tear gas canister.
