Asher Elmaliach, the security guard Israeli media identified as the victim of yesterday's stabbing outside of Jerusalem's central bus station, showed initial signs of awakening from a coma but remains in serious danger, Israeli media reports. Elmaliach was taken to Shaare Zedek Medical Center and is still under intensive care.
