Steinitz recommends one-year budget for 2013

Finance Minister Yuval Steinitz on Sunday recommended passing a one-year budget for 2013, but returning to the two-year budget for 2014-15.

Given that 2013 will be an election year and dramatic change may be underway in the euro area, a two-year budget would not be appropriate, Steinitz said at the start of the weekly cabinet meeting.
