TA court indicts four in beachfront attack on Jaffa man

The Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court on Tuesday indicted four people, including three minors, for aggravated assault and battery in the beating of a Jaffa man on Purim.
Daniel Karai, 18, is accused of leading the assault on Tel Aviv municipality worker Hassan Ausruf, in the early hours of February 24. The three minors are accused of taking part in the beating as well, during which, the indictment states "continued to beat him over his entire body, as the complainant lay bleeding on the ground."
Though Ausruf complained that the youths were using racist slurs in the attack, the indictment does not mention any sort of racist or nationalist motive.
