The meeting between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel has been cancelled according to German media reports. The talks were supposed to take place in Israel on Tuesday.

Netanyahu issued an ultimatum to Gabriel on Monday, saying that he would not meet with the German foreign minister if he held a planned meeting with the NGO Breaking the Silence, which has testified to international organizations claiming that the IDF commits war crimes.
