Tax Authority postpones tax deadline 4 days following storm

Under direction from Finance Minister Yair Lapid, the Israel Tax Authority on Saturday postponed the Sunday deadline for reporting and advance payment of income taxes, tax deductions and value added taxes (VAT) by four days.
"The extraordinary storm that struck Israel makes it harder for business-owners to return to normal routine," Lapid said in a statement. "In consultation with the Tax Authority director, it has been decided that reporting and payments of VAT, advance taxes and deductions until the 19th of December."
