'Supergas' company said that the residents of the Jerusalem building that exploded early Monday morning complained twice Sunday night, and the technician visited the building each time. Both times the technician reported nothing wrong with the building and shut off the gas taps.
The second visit was around 01:00 AM Monday, a short time before the explosion occurred.
The technician has been detained by the police, who have requested that his remand into custody be extended.
