CAIRO - Defying a security crackdown, thousands of supporters of Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood marched in a Cairo suburb on Friday toward the site of their former protest camp which security forces crushed in August, a Reuters witness said.

The protesters loudly chanted slogans against army chief Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, who overthrew Islamist President Mohamed Morsi on July 3.
