Tens of thousands of haredi (ultra-Orthodox) demonstrators protested Thursday night outside of the IDF recruiting office in Jerusalem. Protesters lit fire to bins and threw rocks in advance of the publication of a draft law for haredi enlistment into national service by the ministerial committee tasked with the duty. The ministry's findings were expected to be published within the coming weeks.
