Three children were injured on Sunday when an object with which they were playing exploded in the Kula Forest near Elad in central Israel, according to ZAKA and Magen David Adom rescue services.

Magen David Adom medics provided medical treatment and evacuated the children to Beilinson Hospital. A 14-year-old is in serious condition while an 11-year-old and 9-year-old are mildly injured. The three were wounded by shrapnel.
