Police arrested a man driving a full-trailer truck Wednesday afternoon 70 kilometers north of Eilat after they were notified that the man was driving recklessly, Israel Radio reported. The driver hit a security barrier and continued driving before being caught. Upon detention, he underwent an alcohol test and his blood was found to contain five times the allowed percentage of alcohol. The driver had already been driving for 12 hours and had 70 previous traffic violations to his name.
