Two arrested in connection to the stabbing murder of IDF soldier

Two residents of the Negev were arrested on Friday night under suspicion of involvement in the murder of IDF solder Ron Yitzhak Kukia, the Shin Bet released for publication.

During the investigation, one of the suspects linked himself to the murder and led Shin Bet investigators to the soldier's weapon.

Sgt. Ron Yitzhak Kukia, 19 was stabbed to death on Thursday night at a bus stop in Arad. Police said that the murder was most likely terror related.

The identity of the suspects has not yet been released by authorities and the investigation is ongoing.
