Three people were killed on Wednesday when two cars collided on Route 40, near Mitzpe Ramon, Magen David Adom reported.

Five other people were injured in the crash and taken by helicopter and ambulance to Soroka-University Medical Center in Beersheba. Two women were seriously injured while three others were lightly injured.
