Two teenaged girls were arrested in Jerusalem for attempting to break into an apartment to steal an electric scooter, police said on Wednesday morning.A 19-year-old girl stood look-out as a 15-year-old girl attempted to break into a storage room with a lead crowbar to steal the scooter.The two were caught, arrested and taken to the police station for further questioning.
