White smoke or steam seen coming from 3 Japan reactors

White smoke or steam was rising from three reactors, Nos. 2, 3 and 4, at a quake-damaged nuclear plant in northeaster Japan, the nuclear safety agency said on Friday.

It said it believed there was still water in the spent fuel pool at reactor No.3.
