Magen David Adom EMS pronounced dead a woman in her thirties who drowned opposite Jerusalem Beach in Tel Aviv on Wednesday. The dead woman was a Russian tourist who was at the beach with her mother and her two small children on Wednesday, Magen David Adom said.
