An unidentified Arab woman in her 30s was shot to death Sunday while walking down the street near the entrance to Majd el Krum, located in the Upper Galilee near Karmiel, by a gunman who fled the scene in a vehicle.

While police have not commented on the murder pending an investigation, according to Magen David Adom paramedics, she was repeatedly shot in the head and chest and was pronounced dead at the scene.
