Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon said that Israel will always work to protect its citizens, a day after the IAF struck targets in Gaza as a reaction to a rocket that was fired into Israel.

"We won't allow a daily stream of rockets or attempts to harm citizens of the south. We will not rest against those who are threatening us. We will act at all times to stop terrorist organizations in Gaza from hurting Israeli citizens, as they did yesterday evening," he said.
