El Al Israel Airlines Ltd. is launching new low-cost flights this fall from Luton Airport near London to Ben- Gurion Airport.

The round-trip fare for the “Star Choice” flights will be £275 return for travelers purchasing tickets before October 31 for flights between November 1 and December 15, 2010.

“Due to the sheer popularity of our flights from London to Tel Aviv, we are delighted to offer customers this new ticket price,” El Al managing director UK, Ireland and Northern Europe Uri Danon said. “We hope ‘Star Choice’ will enable passengers to spontaneously visit family and friends or just escape the UK this winter for the cultural climes of Israel.”
