Israel Always: Israel once again blamed for "Grim Conditions" in Gaza

The Palestinians have succeeded in receiving UN sympathies while not taking responsibility for their own actions.

Not surprisingly, the United Nations has done it again. They have blamed Israel again for the plight of the hopeless and helpless Palestinian Arabs. John Holmes, the UN Undersecretary General for Humanitarian Affairs, recently declared that "the closure of Gaza's borders has created grim and miserable conditions that deprive the Palestinians of their basic dignity." He added that the territory's borders must be reopened "to relieve the suffering." Being interpreted, that means, of course, that the Jews of Israel are responsible for the "grim and miserable conditions" in Gaza. It also means, of course, that the Palestinian Arabs are not responsible. Remember when former Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon was promoting the big "Disengagement" from Gaza, withdrawing more than 10,000 Jewish' residents to make the territory Jew-free, and turning it over completely to Arab control? Sharon emphatically stated at that time that Gaza would be considered a "test case" to show the world just how well the Arabs would govern and operate their own independent state. Undisputedly, the "grim and miserable" results are in. A Jew-free and Arab-controlled territory is exactly what the Arabs had clamored for. They had been hollering about "occupation," so the Jews pulled out and gave them their complete freedom and independence. And what happened? The Arabs quickly developed these "grim and miserable conditions" in their mini-state. And now they condemn the Jews for not maintaining a welfare state for them. They hate the Jews and want them out of their life, but now they holler that they can't live without them. This UN official also charged that the Israelis were depriving the Gaza Arabs of their "basic dignity." Just how does one define or describe this Arab "basic dignity?" What kind of dignity did they have before the Jews helped them with everything? What degree of dignity did they have without the Jews providing them with infrastructure, employment, and other necessities of life? What is their intrinsic degree of dignity? What you see now is what it is. The Arabs' degree of dignity has sunk back to its intrinsic level. And that is what's so disturbing to the UN official and others, who are trying to blame Israel for it. The Arabs in Gaza have clearly shown themselves to be incompetent, irresponsible, and undignified people. They have clearly demonstrated that they are incapable of running a tiny mini-state like Gaza. They have proven that they are irresponsible for taking care of themselves and providing for their own basic needs. Their low degree of dignity has nothing to do with the Jews. Apart from all their failures, these same Arabs have demonstrated that they are skilled crybabies. They certainly know how to sob and slobber that the Jews are mistreating them, even though they have supposedly eradicated the Jews from their lives. These Arabs have proven themselves to be experts at crying on the shoulders of the UN, the US, and the whole world, begging sympathy. They obviously have plenty of money for rockets and missiles, while they cry about not having money enough for food and other necessities of life. They have plenty of time to set up hidden rocket firing installations in civilian settings, but no time to operate farms and industries. They have no competence to build a viable, successfully functioning state, but they have plenty of talent to wail to the world how they are supposedly suffering so terribly and unjustly. How in the world can the UN, the US, or anybody with any sense of right and wrong, continue to hear, believe, and swallow all this deceptive, untruthful, and corrupt talk coming out of Gaza? And also out of the Arab West Bank, for that matter? How long can the world continue to excuse the Arabs for their incompetence, irresponsibility and failures? How long can the world continue to look at Israel and the Palestinian Arabs, and reason that good is evil and evil is good?
