The Aviator’s Club program initiated by the Ramon Foundation, takes a group of kids with high potential and provides them with the opportunity to grow and believe in themselves, achieving goals they never thought they could before.
The two year program engages fifth grade students in a variety of activities with Israeli Air Force Pilots. The program introduces them to values of self confidence, respect, and persistence, and inspires them to reach for high goals such as becoming pilots in the IAF.
The project now serves 200 students in 9 schools, with tens more waiting to join. The program is working on further expanding the project to serve Jewish communities in the United States with the intention of connecting the Israeli students with kids from abroad.
