¼ cup Stoli Hot Vodka
½ cup Schweppes Russian
1/8 cup crushed ice
1/8 cup pomegranate juice

For garnish: Red pepper

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake. Coat the rim of the glass with lemon and sugar. Garnish with strips of red pepper.

Chill Out

30 ml. Stoli Hot Vodka
100 ml. Schweppes Russian
10 ml. Sour

For garnish: Chili pepper

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake. If you’re brave enough, add the chili pepper.

20 ml. Stoli Lemon Vodka
20 ml. Stoli Cherry Vodka
Schweppes tonic water
4 ice cubes
20 ml. sugar water
3 slices of lemon

For garnish: Mint leaf and lemon slice

Put ice cubes in a highball glass and pour in the vodkas. Add lemon and sugar, and fill the rest with tonic water.

Koh Tao

40 ml. Stoli Apple Vodka
40 ml. Stoli Honey Vodka
80 ml. Schweppes Russian
40 ml. Sour
Crushed ice

For garnish: Sliced fruit skewered on a stick – apple/pineapple/grape/strawberry

In a shaker, add the vodkas, sour and ice and pour into a margarita glass. Add the Russian and then the grenadine.
Garnish with fruit skewers and a straw.

Honey Hot

10 ml. Stoli Hot Vodka
10 ml. Stoli Honey Vodka
20 ml. Schweppes Bitter Lemon
Crushed ice

For garnish: Olive

Pour the Stoli Hot, add half the portion of the Bitter Lemon and the Stoli Honey, and then add the rest of the Bitter Lemon. Add some crushed ice.

Two Islands

20 ml. Stoli Cherry Vodka
20 ml. Stoli Blueberry Vodka
40 ml. Schweppes Russian
Crushed ice
1 tsp. fresh berries

For garnish: Fresh raspberry

Place the berries in a champagne glass, pour in the vodkas and Russian. Add some crushed ice. The fruits will sink to the bottom, and the ice will float. Add grenadine for color and garnish with the raspberry.
