Pecan Pie 311.

PECAN PIE1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together corn syrup, eggs, sugar, margarine and vanilla. Beat well.
1 cup light corn syrup
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups pecans
1 (9-inch) pie crust
2. Stir in pecans and pour into crust. Bake for about 1 hour. Cook on a wire rack.
*Freezes well. Tastes good alone or topped with vanilla ice cream. Can be served cold, hot or at room temperature.
