Simple noodle kugel

SIMPLE NOODLE KUGEL

1 pound wide egg noodles
2 granny smith apples, chopped
¼ cup oil
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 eggs

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil and drain noodles.

2. Mix with all remaining ingredients and pour into a 9x 13-inch pan.

3. Bake for about 1 hour until top is brown.
