Assa Abloy Israel will install electro-mechanical locking systems and locks for 700 doors in the neuroscience building at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. The company will also install motorized doors, panic handles, slide rail door closers and other electric mechanisms. They recently won the tender, and the value of the project is estimated at NIS 1 million.
Oren Avigdor, managing director of Assa Abloy Israel, notes that the company’s diverse and aesthetic locking solutions meet the high and complex security requirements of the neuroscience building and conform to international standards. The building was designed by architects Foster + Partners from London.
