In three years, the distance between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv will be radically shorter, as a high-speed railway will cut travel time to only 28 minutes – down from the current 45 to 90 minutes by car or bus, which are subject to unpredictable traffic.This will inevitably affect the capital – and the big question is how.
