Annan: Hizbullah launched 'unprovoked attack'

Addressing the UN Security Council Friday evening, Secretary General Kofi Annan called the July 12 cross-border raid by Hizbullah that ignited the current conflict an "unprovoked attack on Israel." The Security Council was meeting Friday evening to vote on a resolution that would impose a cease-fire in Lebanon.
