Arab League chief: All nuclear weapons programs are 'bad and evil'

The head of the Arab League, Amr Moussa, says all nuclear weapons programs are "bad and evil," and he insists there are no such programs in the Arab world. The Middle East does not need a military atomic program, he told reporters after meeting in Vienna with the chief of the International Atomic Energy Agency. Moussa says the region has no such programs. However he did not mention Israel. The Arab League chief was also meeting with Austria's foreign minister, president and chancellor during Wednesday's visit.
