Chavez says Venezuela is moving toward developing nuclear power

President Hugo Chavez said on Friday that Venezuela is already working with Russia to develop nuclear power for peaceful purposes.
Venezuela would use nuclear energy to fuel the health and electricity sectors, the president said.
According to Chavez, Venezuelan and Russian technical teams have begun working in preparation for Russian President Dmitry Medvedev's visit on November 26.
